Friday night, several state officials stopped in at the Uptown Coffee Café for dinner and to listen to bluegrass music. In addition to U.S. Reps. Frank Ruff, Tom Garrett and Bryce Reeves, Del. Rob Bell, Glenn Davis and Tommy Wright also attended. The officials were in Victoria to support Tom Garrett in his run for U.S. Congress.
