Rites Held For Sandra Ann White Beck

Sandra Ann White Beck was born in Mecklenburg County Virginia on February 26, 1966 to John Sr. and Pauline Benjamin White.

She was educated in the public schools of Lunenburg County and graduated from Central High School in Victoria, Virginia.

At an early age she was baptized and joined the Mt. Bethel Baptist Church, Kenbridge, Virginia where she was a dedicated member, working and serving as a member of the Pastor’s Aide, Missionary Ministry Sunday School, Mentoring Program, Youth Ministry Sponsor, Youth Choir Director and a Deaconess. She loved her church and church family. Ann was truly one of God’s Saints.

Loving children was her occupation. She was employed with Lunenburg County Schools as a Substitute Teacher/Behavior Aide where she was truly loved by all she came in contact with.

On December 28, 1992 Ann married the love of her life David Bruce Beck, Jr., in the home of Rev. F.H. Bagley, Jr.

Sandra Ann Beck was a faithful member of Rosary Chapter #177 O.E.S. of Virginia, PHA.

On Sunday, September 6, 2015, God looked around in his flower garden and found an empty place and needed a beautiful flower to complete the bouquet, so He called Sandra Ann White Beck, one He knew was fully bloomed. She is preceded in death by her father, John C. White, Sr. and brother Ricky E. Benjamin, Sr.

Leaving lasting memories to cherish her devoted and loving husband, David Bruce Beck, Jr.; mother Pauline B. White; siblings, John, Jr. (Leior), Darryl (June), and Renard White, Brenda (James) Boswell, Joyce (Thomas) Morrison, Lavoris Jones all of Kenbridge, VA and Tina (Ade) Benjamin-Adeyemi of Maryland; grandmother, Carrie Benjamin of Victoria, VA; father-in-law, David Beck, Sr., of Kenbridge, VA; sister-in-law, Ida Marie Hardy of Alberta, VA; one god child, Ashaad Seward, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews, other relatives and many friends and her devoted pets, especially (Roscoe).

Memorial rites were conducted Friday, September 11, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church, Kenbridge, VA with Reverend C.L. Hobbs, Jr. Pastor.
