Keith Franklin, age 61, of Dundas, VA passed October 29, 2015 surrounded by those he loved. He is survived by his loving wife, Victoria Franklin; five children, Nancy Green of Dundas, Jason Franklin of Kenbridge, Joshua Stivers of Norfolk, Caleb Stivers of VA Beach, Tara Callis of Dundas, thirteen grandchildren; his mother Nancy Franklin of Dundas; sisters, Tammy Martin of Pungo, Teresa Winfree of VA Beach; brother, Mike Franklin of Dundas. Memorial services will be held in the Rose Garden at the Virginia United Methodist Assembly Center, Blackstone on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 5:00 PM.
