The local Boy Scouts are working on its SCOUTING FOR FOOD initiative with donations of non-perishable and canned food items. Help by filling your bag to feed a family of four for one week. All donated food will benefit needy families from the Kenbridge/Dundas area. Donated food will be distributed by the Kenbridge Salvation Army unit. The Boy Scouts will be placing empty bags on front door on Saturday. Bags will be picked up by 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28.
