On Nov. 7, Community Hospice, a department of VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital, held its fourth annual Patsy Hundley Boswell Memorial Art Show — 2015 Celebration of Regional Artists at Rosemont Vineyards & Winery in LaCrosse.

The following artists displayed and sold their works to benefit the patients of hospice: Katie Adkins of New Kent, Andrea Burke of Clarksville, Linda Clark of Victoria, Tray Eppes of Darlington Heights, Dave Keim of Chase City, Karolyn Hawthorne of South Hill, Traci Watson of Clarksville and Tommy Winn of Mecklenburg County.

These artists gave of their time and talents, as well as shared proceeds from the sale of their work with CMH Community Hospice. One hundred percent of all donations made to CMH Community Hospice through this event and fundraising throughout the year benefit hospice patients and their families. It is through these proceeds that CMH Community Hospice is able to continue to provide area citizens with loving and supportive care. Guests of the event enjoyed viewing the amazing work of the artists along with food, live music, giveaways and portraits drawn by professional caricature artist Jed Mickle.

Hospice offers comprehensive hospice and palliative care, emotional counseling, spiritual support and other services to the people of Mecklenburg, Brunswick, Lunenburg and Nottoway counties without regard for race, age, faith, diagnosis or ability to pay.
