William Raymond Loury, 55, of Victoria, Va. died April 27, 2016. He is survived by his parents, William and Arlene Faye Loury: his sisters, Deborah Craven (Michael), Wanda Fix and Linda Vines; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; along with Jessica McGhinnis and her two children, who Raymond thought of as a daughter.
