On Sunday at 11 a.m., following the regular 9:30 a.m. worship service, Victoria Evangelical Presbyterian Church will host a special ministry program featuring Dr. Michael Herts, of Chosen People Ministries. He will speak on Israel’s current state of affairs and provide an update on the ministry. Herts is a Jewish believer in Jesus, raised on Long Island.
