Donna Lee Burdine, 73, of Victoria, Va. and formerly of Washington D.C. died

June 26, 2016. She is survived by her husband; Thomas W. Rinehart; daughters, Brenda Hall and Sandra Hall; sons, Larry Hall and Richard Hall and four grandchildren; twin sister, Betty Barlow and sister Barbara Hardisty.

Mrs. Burdine enjoyed spinning and weaving, was a member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, and attended Victoria United Methodist Church.
