Robert Hugh Hagaman Jr., 81, of Victoria, VA, went to take his place in heaven with his Lord Jesus Christ on June 27, 2016 who had prepared that place for him. Robert worked for 36 years for the state highway department starting at the young age of 15. The career was cut short when at the age of 51 he became a paralytic due to a hunting accident.

He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ruby Hagaman, his wife Odell Hagaman, stepdaughter Daphne Averette (Wayne).

He is survived by his daughters, Carolyn Jones (Hardy), Barbara Newcomb (Randall); stepsons, Franklin Ashworth (Linda), Ray Ashworth (Peggy); siblings, Louise Cox (Elwood), Edward Hagaman (Carole), Irvin Hagaman (Brenda), Jimmy Hagaman (Nancy); his loving and faithful friend who bought joy and happiness into the last years of his life, Joyce Osborne and her family.
