Food truck rodeo, bazaar to celebrate CHS 50th

Central High School (CHS) will host its first annual Food Truck Rodeo and Holiday Bazaar in honor of the school’s anniversary on Nov. 5.

Tickets are $5 each; proceeds will be used to purchase items for Salvation Army Christmas Angels. Anyone purchasing a ticket will be entered into a drawing for prizes including gift certificates, baskets and more. Children 10 and under are free. The festivities will take place at the school in the cafeteria and on the front lawn.

The Tobacco Road and CHS bands will perform as well as the CHS chorus. There will be antique cars, tractors, informational booths, corn hole, face painting and more. Food vendors include Fishin’ Pig, Blanchard’s Coffee, Light It Up Concessions, Jalapeno Poppers and others offering chili, baked goods, tacos, pizza and hotdogs. Other vendors will include Thirty-One, Mary Kay, Coffee’s Embroidery, LuLaRoe Clothing, Avon, Falconry Antiques, Norwex and Paparazzi.
