Victoria’s fifth annual Small Town Christmas takes place Saturday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

It all starts with Breakfast with Santa at Uptown Coffee Café. Santa will then move over to the Victoria Town Library for pictures with children. Marino’s Italian restaurant will host the Grinch, who will also be available for pictures.

Events include a Christmas Shoppe Craft House, edible tree craft, ornament decorating, marshmallow roasting (with fire safety tips), face painting, child ID fingerprinting, music and caroling, an art display by Dennis Stultz and blood pressure readings.

There will also be barrel train rides at Tobacco Heritage-Trail Victoria Railroad Park.

Other holiday characters may make appearances. Most of the celebration will take place in front of shops and at the Community Center.
