Decoration winners announced

- Shear Design took first place for Traditional Theme — and was named Best Overall — in the chamber’s recent decoration contest.
The Lunenburg Chamber of Commerce recently announced the winners of its Christmas Decorations Contest.
In the Novelty Theme category, first place went to the Lunenburg County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. The Sweet Magnolia earned second place and Virginia Marble took third. Judges gave an honorable mention to Next In Line.
For Traditional Theme, first place went to Shear Design, which also was the Best Overall winner. Long & Foster Real Estate took second place, with the Lunenburg County School Board Office taking third. An honorable mention was given to Lunenburg County Ministries.
