Victoria celebrated its fifth annual Small Town Christmas on Saturday. The festivities included a breakfast and pictures with Santa Claus and more pictures with The Grinch. There was also a Christmas Shoppe Craft House, edible tree craft, ornament decorating, marshmallow roasting, face painting, music and caroling, art displays, barrel train rides and appearances by other holiday characters.
