Chargers rout Cumberland in playoff opener

The No. 3-seeded Central Lunenburg High School varsity football team advanced out of the first round of the Class 1 Region B playoffs Friday night with a 56-20 victory over visiting No. 6 Cumberland County High School.
The Chargers (5-6) will travel to face No. 2 William Campbell High School (8-2) next week.
