Charlotte County Buddies held their Area 15 basketball skills/team competition recently at Central Middle School in Charlotte Court House. Special Olympics athletes from the area showcased their basketball skills along with full- and half-court basketball games. Area 15 is comprised of Charlotte, Halifax, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg and South Boston. We commend these athletes and those who helped make the event a success with a large turnout.
