Mr. Edwin Perry Pernell, Jr., was born Sept. 3, 1942 and died on, Monday, Jan. 30, 2018. He was the son of the late Carrie Inez Fuller and Edwin Perry Pernell. Ed is survived by his wife , Janice W. Pernell, sons; Perry (Mary) of Dinwiddie, Courtney (Shannon) of Alabaster, Alabama, step-children Randy (Mary Ann) of Kenbridge and Cassandra (Robert) of South Hill, nine grandchildren; Ashby, C.J., Bryant, William, Meghan, Zachary, Lucy, Hogan and Lydia.
