Local residents earn degree Western Governors University held its 64th commencement ceremony Feb. 10 at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando to celebrate the graduation of about 15,000 graduates from across the country. Jennifer Breedlove of Green Bay received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and Cassandra Battle of Keysville received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
