On March 22 VFW Auxiliary Post 9954 of Victoria presented its quarterly Patriotic Citizen Award to Rob Williams, owner of Data Care in Victoria. The recognition was given in appreciation for unsolicited inspirational patriotic service to the community through the daily display of our national flag.
