Senator Frank Ruff was recognized by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce for his efforts to grow jobs and improve workforce training in Southside Virginia.

“The Virginia Chamber of Commerce is pleased to recognize Senator Ruff with the 2019 Free Enterprise Award for his efforts to improve Virginia’s business climate. Senator Ruff’s leadership in support of economic development, workforce development, and major technology projects helps Virginia as we work to be the best state for business,” said Barry DuVal, President and CEO of the Virginia Chamber.

“I have always strived to create better opportunities for our community in Richmond and improve workforce training. As your senator, I will continue to work to create good paying jobs so our kids can stay here and raise their families here,” added Ruff.

Frank Ruff is up for re-election in the Republican Primary June 11. He represents the 15th District in the Virginia Senate.
