A news release from the Office of the Governor announced on Friday, Aug. 27, that Cecil Shell, of Kenbridge, was appointed to the Board for Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Shell is the owner and farmer of Shell’s Farm located at Longview Drive in Kenbridge.
