Rachel T. Perkins, 87 of Washington D.C., formerly of Prospect, departed this life in Washington D.C. Memorial service was held on Aug. 9, in the All Faith’s Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home, Kenbridge. Masks were required and CDC guidelines were followed. Funeral was under the direction of Charles Thomas, Funeral Director.
