VFW Post 9954 will host a barbecue dinner at post headquarters (1000 Marshall Street) on Friday, Oct. 30 from 5-7 p.m. Cost is $8 per plate. Dinners may be eaten in or taken out. The menu includes barbecue, prepared by Jimmy and Irvin Hagaman, two side dishes, dessert and lemonade or tea. Tickets can be purchased by a VFW member or at the door.
