Victoria Presbyterian Church will begin a four-part Advent Bible study on “Child of Promise; Children of Hope” on Monday from 2-3 p.m. Successive dates will be the following three Monday afternoons on Dec. 7, 14 and 21. The program will be held at the church on 8th Street in Victoria, next to the Victoria Restaurant. Participation is free and participants are encouraged to bring their bibles. All are welcome.
