A Fermentation 101 workshop will be held March 22 and April 19 from 6-8 p.m. at the Victoria Library, located at 1417 7th St. in Victoria. Participants will learn the science of fermentation and how to successfully make sauerkraut at home. The workshop fee is $10 and registration is required.
