An Appreciation-Benefit program in honor of Deacon Otis Wendell Jones will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Old Headquarters building, located at 2721 Rocky Branch Road in LaCrosse. Jones, a member of The Jones Mockingbirds, has been ill and has not been able to sing for several months. Brother Gary Jones, The Jones Mockingbirds, Bishop Elizabeth Bagley & The OEB Restoration Choir, The Mighty Southerneers, James Martin & Harmony, Patrick Judkins and Totally Committed will appear and render the music. If one cannot attend, solicit your prayers for him and his family.
