Lunenburg County Public Schools has adjusted its Standards of Learning testing schedule to add back instructional days lost to bad weather. The adjustments gave back five instructional days at the high and middle schools and two at the elementary schools.
“I think any time you can add back instructional days before you take a test, you’re where you need to be,” said Frances P. Wilson, the system’s director of student services. “We can’t help what the weather does, but sometimes we can make internal adjustments.”
