Radford was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear in Henrico County. She also tested positive for use of opiates and failed to report to her probation officer, according to Clement. Radford, as she requested in her 2013 sentencing in exchange for a lesser sentence, is still subject to the condition that she stay out of Lunenburg County for five years from July 1, 2013.

According to Clement, the defendant will be also still be subject to conditions of good behavior for 12 years and warrantless searches.
