Star Light Baptist Church will celebrate the Rev. Ray A. Smith’s second anniversary on Sunday at 3 p.m. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Lewis Newbill, of Morning Star Baptist Church of Petersburg, along with his choir, ushers, deacons and congregation. All are welcome to attend.
