Diesel and auto tech students graduate

The Southside Virginia Community College Diesel and Auto Tech programs held a ceremony to recognize graduates on May 5. The program is taught at the SVCC Occupational Technical Center in Blackstone at Pickett Park. Two of the students completing the program, Chad Philpot and James “Kenny” Davis, are dual enrollment students who received the college certificate before their high school graduation.
