The six counties that comprise the membership/ownership of the Piedmont Regional Jail will conduct a worksession to discuss the formation of a Piedmont Regional Jail Authority on Monday, at 7 p.m. at the Fort Pickett Officer’s Club, which is located at 3951 Military Road, Pickett Park in Blackstone.
