Friends of Victoria Public Library will hold its annual meeting at the library on Thursday, July 28, at 5 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. Friends will be collecting annual dues ($1), holding elections for new directors and officers and voting to approve its amended bylaws. Proposed amended bylaws are posted at the library and can be downloaded at www.fovpl.org.
