A downed tree blocked traffic and caused power outages around noon Saturday in the area of 11th Street and Lee Avenue. Victoria Fire and Rescue members secured the scene and helped with traffic, Victoria Police Department personnel helped direct traffic, Victoria Public Works helped with cones to redirect traffic and Virginia Department of Transportation personnel assisted with tree removal.
