Clay Edward Moore died October 10, 2016 at the age of 55. He was preceded in death by his sister, Connie Moore Crowley.

He is survived by his parents, Clyde Moore Sr. and wife Cassie; sons, Joshua Moore (Beth) and Jacob Moore (Tina); brothers, Clyde Moore Jr. and Carl Moore; sister, Carolyn Moore; and five grandchildren

Graveside services were held Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at the Inge Family Cemetery, Saxe, VA with the Rev. Jud Compton officiating.
