Arrowhead Gun Club’s Fall Trap League concluded this week with exciting results. For eight weeks, participants shot two rounds (50 shots) keeping a running tally of the score. The final two rounds would decide the top three positions. Windy conditions Sunday made competition very interesting. Overall, fourth place was taken by Ed Ellis, of Chase City; third place was held by Jack Bolan, of Lunenburg, with a score of 357 (middle); second place was taken by Levi Bolan, of Lunenburg, with a score of 358 (left); and the first place winner was Joe Miller, of Pamplin, with a score of 359 (right). The first place winner received boxes of shells, and all participants and a guest enjoyed dinner at the club.
