Terry McAuliffe, middle. This bill was patroned by Sen. Frank Ruff, according to a press release. “The law (regards the) Virginia Economic Development Partnership Authority’s membership, powers and duties. In short, this law should cut government red-tape and help start new business and create jobs in Virginia,” officials said in the release.
