Betty Lou Burdine Baugher Barlow, 74, of Victoria, and formerly of La Plata, Maryland, died June 29, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Goodwyn Burdine and Dorothy Glen Burkholder Burdine; and a sister, Donna Lee Burdine.

She is survived by her sons, Glen Baugher, David Baugher and Michael Baugher; a sister, Barbara Hardisty and brothers, Robert Burdine and Ronnie Burdine. Betty requested that there be no services.
