St. Matthew’s Baptist Church in Lunenburg County is finishing collecting donations for hurricane disaster relief Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the trailer parked at Captain’s Choice Restaurant, located at 513 Main St. in Kenbridge. According to a release, the most needed items are water, cleaning supplies and canned food. The donations will be transported to one of the areas affected by hurricanes Irma and Harvey in the southeast.
