Members of the Victoria Fire & Rescue (VFR) and members of the community gathered to rally support for the department and raise funds for its operations through a chili and baked potato dinner Friday at the station on 1421 Main St. Victoria Fire & Rescue Chief Rodney Newton said that more than 70 participated in the event.
