Lisa Noblin Elliott, 51, of Kenbridge, VA, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018. She is predeceased by her mother, Nellie R. Noblin, and brothers, Johnny Ray Noblin and Tommie D. Noblin. Lisa is survived by her loving companion, Thomas Nelson Archer; son, Ryan Masters (Ashley) of Kentucky; granddaughter, Maci Lynn Masters; father, Earl Noblin; sister, Wanda Cox; brother, Ben Noblin (Amanda), all of Kenbridge; and sister-in-law, Susie Noblin.
