Anna Overby Arthur, 91, of Victoria, Virginia went to be with the Lord on May 9, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Horace Brown Overby and Fannie Shields Overby and wife of the late Clarence Johnson Arthur. She is survived by her children, Jean Barrientez (Inno), Barbara Wallace (Pat), Joyce Scott (Harvey) and Clarence “Johnny” Arthur (Kathy); seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and her sisters, Emily Quintal, Lucile Wood and Ann Hudson (Woodrow). Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 15, 2018, 11 a.m. at Clarke Funeral Home, Kenbridge, Va. with interment at Crestview Memorial Park, La Crosse, Va.
