Approximately 200 customers reportedly lost power Saturday afternoon in the Town of Victoria due to a tree limb that fell on a power line, a representative from Dominion Energy confirmed.
The incident took place at approximately 2 p.m. in the area of Nottoway Boulevard, senior media relations representative Daisy Pridgen said.
Pridgen also reported an outage in the area of Cemetery Road, said to have been caused by a tree limb on a power line that resulted in a small fire.
“About 200 customers lost power at 12:30 a.m. and came back on at 7:45 a.m.,” Pridgen said.
