The Senior Lawyers Conference of the Virginia State Bar presented a Senior Law Day June 11, in Victoria. A free community outreach program for seniors, caregivers and concerned citizens. The program was sponsored by Benchmark Community Bank. Topics covered were Personal Documents/Third Party Assistance; Property Ownership/Intestate Succession; Elder Fraud and Abuse, Benefits/Entitlements and Funeral Pre-Planning Preparations.
