Gifted students from Kenbridge Elementary and Victoria Elementary participated in a summer exploration program at Lunenburg Middle School last week. Students explored the systems that make up the human body, created projects to model lungs, muscle and skeletal use in the hand, and stethoscopes to listen to their pulse. With the help of Central High School Anatomy teacher Anna Bolling, they explored the systems by dissecting pigs. Pictured are, from left, Bolling, Landon Hall, Robert Hite, Logan King, Darcy Willis, Logan Hall, Karisma Holiday and Brendan Dunnavant. Students who attended but are not pictured were Mackenzie Bolling, Michael Elliott, JaKylan Jones, Elli Shortridge and Kevyn Bautista Escobar.
