Vows Exchanged

Kaitlyn Elizabeth Love Long and William Daniel Glasscock were united in marriage during a double ring ceremony on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 5 o’clock at the couple’s home, Redlawn Road, Baskerville, Virginia with pastor Earl Pinchbeck officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Long of South Hill, Virginia. The groom is the son of W.C. and Laura Glasscock of Keysville, Virginia and Tammy Gaulding of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. Mrs. Magen Long, Mrs. Blake King and Mrs. Nicole Newcomb were bridesmaids. Flower girl was Kylie Long and ring bearer was Wyatt Long, children of Kyle and Magen Long. “Grace” Long was dog of honor.

Groomsmen were Kyle Long, brother of the bride and Drake Armstrong, cousin of the groom. Best man was W.C. Glasscock, father of the groom.

Following the ceremony, the wedding dinner was held at the residence’s country barn, which was decorated southern style with antiques, cotton, burlap and fresh flowers.

Kaitlyn is a Nurse Practitioner employed with Sentara at Virginia Beach, Virginia. Dan is employed with Billy’s Auto in Kenbridge, Virginia.
