Southside Soil and Water Conservation District (SSWCD) is selling butterfly, bird and bat houses to raise money for their education program to continue educating and raising environmental awareness in the classrooms and throughout the communities of Charlotte and Lunenburg. Visit the Charlotte County farmers market in Drakes Branch on Fridays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. to see the new hand painted designs. Habitat houses can be purchased by calling (434) 542-5405.
