OCTOBER 26

COMMUNITY SUPPER, 5-7 p.m. at The Episcopal Church of St. Paul & St. Andrew, 512 S. Broad St., Kenbridge. Come join us for a delicious OKTOBERFEST style meal. Polka music provided. Bring your friends and family.

OCTOBER 27

COMMUNITY FALL FESTIVAL, 1–4 p.m. at Kenbridge Town Hall, Room 306, 511 East Fifth Ave., Kenbridge. Pumpkin painting and snacks. Sponsored by Kenbridge-Victoria Lions Club.

PINK & PEARL BREAST CANCER LUNCHEON, 2 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church, Kenbridge. Guest speaker, lunch, prizes, vendors and more. Colors are pink/pearl. All are welcome. Proceeds will be donated to a local cancer center.

OCTOBER 28

CHOIR ANNIVERSARY, 3 p.m. of the Senior Choir Ministry of the New Grove Baptist Church. Everyone is welcome.

148TH ANNIVERSARY, 11 a.m. at Cedar Creek Baptist Church. Speaker will be the Rev. Brian Walker of Second Baptist Church of Chester.

MISSIONARY MINISTRY ANNIVERSARY, 3 p.m. at Rosebud Baptist Church. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Evelyn Morgan of Mercy Seat Church, Warfield. Gill Hill Baptist Church Choir will render the music. A rendition of the Lord’s Prayer will be portrayed by women of the community. The public is welcome.

DEACONESS MINISTRY ANNIVERSARY, 3 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church, 6351 South Hill Road, Kenbridge. The guest messenger will be Minister Jacqueline H. Alston, Associate Minister of the House of Prayer and Eber in Emporia. Please come out and worship with us.

78TH CHOIR ANNIVERSARY, 3 p.m. at Starlight Baptist Church, 2203 Blackstone Road, Kenbridge. Many groups and choirs will be blessing us in song. All are welcome.

PASTOR’S 2ND ANNIVERSARY, 3 p.m. at Bethlehem R.Z.U.A. Church, 2455 Ready Creek Road, Lunenburg. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Angela Williams from Oak Grove Baptist, Lawrenceville. Bro. Steve Hurt and Company will render the music.

41ST ANNUAL BANQUET, 5 p.m. of the Lunenburg Senior Citizens at People’s Community Center, 1021 Tidewater Avenue, Victoria. The Honorable William Herrington, Mayor of Lawrenceville, will be the speaker. For tickets call (434) 676-8855.

FUNDRAISING PROGRAM, 3 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church. Various singing groups to appear. Proceeds will go toward the Smithson Family who lost their home due to a flood caused by Hurricane Florence.

NOVEMBER 11
