Children of the Victoria Christian Church recently packed 40 “shoeboxes” with small toys, school supplies and health items to be sent as Christmas gifts to children worldwide through “Samaritan’s Purse,” the outreach ministry organization founded by Franklin Graham. The boxes were dedicated at the morning worship service before sending them on their way. Cynthia Dean initiated the project; other adults helped.
