Due to the closure of post offices and other federal offices on Dec. 5 in honor of former president George H.W. Bush, Lunenburg County will accept personal property and real estate taxes via mail that are postmarked on Dec. 6. In-person deliverance of taxes Dec. 6 will be considered late.

Lunenburg’s treasurer’s offices will be open Dec. 5.
