Lunenburg County law enforcement officers recently attended a seminar sponsored by the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office on the topic of Domestic Violence with guest speaker Nancy Oglesby with the Commonwealth’s Attorney Services Council. Additional topics were covered by Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney J. Baxter Stegall that included searches, interviews, discovery responses, and review of bodycam videos emphasizing strengths and weaknesses exhibited on safety of the officers and proper procedures for searches and questioning suspects.
