On Friday, Dec. 21, Victoria Baptist Church will host the fifth in the series of the Lunenburg County Community Christmas Concert. The concert, previously scheduled for Dec. 14, was postponed as the quantity of snow that remained from the Dec. 9 snowstorm made parking scarce and sidewalks treacherous for potential concert-goers. The evening’s entertainment will begin at 6:40 p.m. with pre-concert piano music. At 7 p.m., the concert will commence with a variety of musicians and singers who will share sacred and secular Christmas songs. Victoria Baptist Church is located at the intersection of Eighth Street and Washington Avenue. Handicapped parking is available near the side entrance along with elevator access to the sanctuary level.
